Black Molly Entertainment (BME) re-signed with GeoGuessr AB to produce and execute the GeoGuessr World Cup 2024 after a very successful launch in 2023.

In 2023, Black Molly Entertainment delivered the first-ever GeoGuessr World Cup 2023 in deep collaboration with GeoGuessr AB. The first edition was a tremendous success with a sold-out Grand Finals at Space Arena in Stockholm, a fantastic community response and 71k peak concurrent viewers during the Finals, according to Esports Charts.

Now, GeoGuessr AB have announced the next big follow-up as they launched GeoGuessr World Cup 2024 featuring three Regional Finals for America, EMEA, and APAC. All to be hosted in GeoGuessr Studio in Stockholm, facilitated and operated by BME. In September, GeoGuessr World Cup returns to host the 2024 World Cup Grand Finals in Stockholm.

"The GeoGuessr team is incredibly satisfied with the implementation and support we received last year when we ventured into a new area (esports) and look forward to working together to an even greater extent this year. We have the greatest confidence in BME as a partner." said Mikael Falgard, co-founders, GeoGuessr AB.

“We have never been more excited about a gaming community like GeoGuessr, and obviously being part of introducing a new level of entertainment and competitive format have been challenging but extremely rewarding. New competitive titles like GeoGuessr allow us to use our expertise within broadcast innovation and storytelling, to really help foster a new type of broadcast entertainment” said Niklas Kronquist, CEO of Black Molly Entertainment AB
