Stockholm, August 13, 2026 – Black Molly Entertainment AB (BME) is acquiring all shares in Frame Gaming AB. The merger creates BME Group – a stronger and more complete player offering production, agency services, and proprietary IP formats to brands looking to gain visibility and activate within esports and gaming.

Internationally Awarded Gaming Agency

Frame Gaming AB was founded in September 2021 by John Uggla together with Black Molly Entertainment. Since its inception, Frame has established itself as one of Sweden's leading agencies in strategy, concepts, and campaigns for brands wanting to reach gamers and the esports audience. Frame has been recognized numerous times in Swedish industry competitions and as recently as 2025, received three international awards, including at Cannes Lions.

During the same period, Black Molly Entertainment has specialized in media, event, and tournament production for industry stakeholders. The two companies have worked closely in the same ecosystem and have both grown while navigating industry challenges. BME has delivered its two best years to date recently, with a turnover of 41.6 MSEK and profitability in 2025.

Now they are merging to create BME Group with a broader and more robust offering. – “This is a natural next step after four years of close collaboration. Together, we become a more stable company with a more complete offering – from strategy and creative campaigns to high-quality production and proprietary formats. We significantly strengthen our position and can offer customers a total solution that no other player in Sweden matches today,” says John Uggla, CEO of Frame Gaming AB and part of the joint management group.

The acquisition takes place through a transaction where the owners of Frame Gaming AB are offered shares in Black Molly Entertainment AB. BME thus becomes the 100% owner of Frame, which for the time being will be operated as a separate company.

Setting Sights on 100 Million SEK

Tomas Lyckedal, Chairman of the Board of Black Molly Entertainment AB, comments:

– “By joining forces, we create a company that can better offer customers comprehensive solutions within gaming and esports. We gain a stronger network of owners, more stable revenues, and greater opportunities to develop our own products and formats. The goal is clear – we are growing organically and aim to reach 100 MSEK within a few years,” says Tomas Lyckedal.

The new company will offer:

  • Production (media, event, and tournament production)
  • Agency (strategy, concept, and campaigns)
  • Owned IP & Formats (Glitched, Red Bull GIBAWAY, Journey, and Esportstudion)

BME and Frame collectively turned over more than 50 MSEK during 2025. The companies will have a joint management group and over time a coordinated sales organization, while operational activities continue in both companies.
